On possession day we pride ourselves on turning over a home that is just how you dreamed it would be. A new home has many different components and on the possession day walk-through we allow you to point out any items that may need a touch up. One of the most important parts of home building is service and if there are any touch ups or questions about your home we have full time staff to make sure they are taken care of quickly. We provide one of the best warranty’s in the business with a one year bumper to bumper as well as an additional 4 years with National Home Warranty.
